TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Rockville Centre, N.Y.)

The individual we seek will provide administrative support to the financial advisors and tax preparers. Paid training will start as soon as possible. The individual must be willing to commute to our office located in Howard Beach, NY (Queens), as needed, during the training period or during tax season.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering a multi-line phone
  • Faxing, copying, and filing
  • Proofreading and collating tax returns
  • Inputting new client's information into tax program
  • General Administrative Support

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate the Internet and Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 2 years administrative assistance experience
