Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
We are an income tax and financial planning firm located in Rockville Centre, NY. The individual we seek will provide administrative support to the financial advisors and tax preparers. We need someone who will work full-time with extended availability to work evenings and Saturdays during tax season (February to April).
Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks such as scheduling & confirming appointments, answering multi-line phones, handling client inquiries, and providing excellent client service.
Assist with initial set-up and servicing financial accounts for clients.
Duties also include proofreading and collating tax returns and inputting client’s information into tax program.
Perform faxing, copying, scanning and similar requests as needed.
Qualifications:

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as a team member and independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate the internet and Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year administrative assistant experience
